1. Reservations
- Reservations can be made online through our website or offline at our office.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. The card will be charged for the first night’s stay as a deposit at the time of booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Reservations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of the first night’s stay.
- Non-Refundable Reservations: These bookings are final and cannot be canceled or modified. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
4. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash Payments upon Arrival (Note: If customers choose this method, they must pay within 3 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking request will be canceled.)
- PayPal
Please note that all transactions will be processed in the local currency.
5. Group Bookings
For group bookings of five or more rooms, please contact us directly to discuss availability and special rates. A separate cancellation policy may apply.
6. Changes to Reservations
If you need to modify your reservation dates or details, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests based on availability.
7. No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, the first night’s stay will be charged to the credit card on file, and the reservation will be canceled.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of processing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
